Interdependence – We will work collaboratively with government, faith-based and other nonprofit organizations to assure the best possible outcome of programs and services provided by Lillian’s Place.

Courage – We will develop and implement programs and projects that empower youth without regard to criticism or difficulty.

Integrity – We will adhere to moral and ethical principles.

Transparency – We will operate openly and candidly and provide full disclosure on issues around conflict of interest, operations and funding practices.

Leadership – We will lead by example, proving that youthful lives can be changed for the better and second chances will effect that change through funding, guidance and collaboration.

Replicable – Through funding of our youth development program and disability empowerment services, we will be able to share lessons learned that will advance the quality of life of youth and their families in communities across the United States.

Creativity – We will adopt and implement programs that provide creative solutions to the problems of displaced, disabled, and disenfranchised youth.
