Q I placed the fish tank in the living room of South corner. Is it good or bad?
A Oh dear… this is not a good idea. The South is the palace of FIRE and when you place water there it will weaken the South! The South is the palace that determines your recognition and fame luck so don’t weaken this sector. You should place your fish tank in the North, Southeast or East. These are locations that welcome the placement of water.
LIVING IN TRIANGLE SHAPED LAND
Q We live in a triangular shape lot, and the house has an irregular shape. Everything in our life is falling apart (marriage and career). We have been trying to sell the house for many years but there is no buyer. How can we move if we don’t sell this house?
A My dear, I do sympathise. This house is definitely not good for your family. Here is a tip you can try: if you have lights behind your house – turn it on all day and night. Then perform a lot of incense offerings to your local deity of the house and ask for help to get a buyer and sell the house. Keep offering incense everyday with the invocation in page 200 of Chant a Mantra – and things will improve at least for the short term. Good luck!
MY GOOD DIRECTION HAS FIVE YELOW THIS YEAR
Q My KUA number is 3 and South lucky for me. My office desk at work faces South but this year the Five Yellow is there. How can I remedy this? We have a clean desk policy so we are not allowed to place anything near our computers except our mobile phone.
A You are very lucky you can face the South – this is already a very BIG positive for your feng shui! But yes, this year the South is quite afflicted by the 5 Yellow. The best is to place the Triple Five Element Pagoda directly in front of you to suppress the Five Yellow. If you can place it behind the computer monitor and sort of hide it there, it will do the job. If you really can’t do this, then wear the golden HUM or golden Nine Spoked Dorje pendant everyday when you are at work. This will help keep you safe from the Five Yellow.
STUNNING BEDROOM VIEW BUT BAD DIRECTION FOR ME
Q We have a stunning “million dollar” view from my apartment bedroom but it happens that the bed will be placed to an inauspicious direction for me and my fiancé in that particular bedroom. Can this view (which relaxes me) compensate for the inauspicious direction?
A Unfortunately, if you’re sleeping towards a bad direction, then no matter how good the view is, you will suffer the bad luck coming from your bad sleeping direction. Perhaps you can take a second look the floor plan and see if a wall can be built somewhere in your bedroom to change the placement of the bed? Or instead of using this room as a bedroom, you might want to use it as a study room – and place your desk facing a good direction. That way you can still enjoy the view but for sleeping, you use a different room.
